Orders placed before 1pm PST Monday – Friday will typically ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will typically ship the next business day.
If your order exceeds a certain amount, you may qualify for free shipping as advertised on our site. This option is only available on orders shipped within the continental United States and will be applied to eligible orders at checkout.
Packages marked as returned to sender, and/or sent back to us without an authorized return or RMA label will be treated as returns and subject to the ordinary conditions of returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are welcome to place an updated order with corrected information at your convenience.
We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Portland and NYC customers. Eligible orders will be able to select Pickup at Checkout. To be eligible, all items within your online order must be physically available in-store at the time of transaction. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pickup with additional information. Bring a copy of your order confirmation to the store for an employee to verify. Orders will be held for seven days.
Domestic Shipping Guidelines
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. USPS shipping is required when shipping to a PO Box.

If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please contact the respective courier with your tracking information. If there is no resolution, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
International Shipping Guidelines
As with domestic shipping, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes and fees the package will be abandoned and Snow Peak will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
- International Economy: 7-21 business days
- International Priority: 6-10 business days
- International Express: 2-5 business days
At this time, we only accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
We currently do not ship to all countries from the Snow Peak US Distribution Center. If you are in one of the following countries and would like to make a purchase, please select the country name to be redirected to your local Snow Peak website: China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom
Any packages with delivery confirmation from the shipping vendor are the sole responsibility of the consumer.
